Waller Brothers Roofing & Construction

I was very happy with the service from Waller Brothers Roofing & Construction and the professional response from the team. They replied fast to my request for a roof replacement and scheduled a roofing crew sooner than I expected. The new roof looks great, and they cleaned up all the old roofing materials before leaving. It was also easy to communicate by text with Erik and the site manager, and both were easy to talk to. After the roof installation, they followed up later to check on everything. When I mentioned I found a few extra nails near my garage gutter, they came out the next day and checked the gutters and surrounding areas to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. I highly recommend them for roof replacement, strong cleanup, and professional roofing service.

Waller Brothers Roofing & Construction installed new gutters and downspouts on a screened porch I had finished, along with leaf guards to help manage runoff from the roof. Because the roof pitch and the amount of water coming off that section were a concern, the crew took extra time to look over the drainage pattern and built custom diverters to spread the flow more evenly into the gutter system. After several months, I called back because the diverters were catching debris and causing the leaf guard to clog, which reduced how well the gutters were working. Jamie quickly scheduled a crew, and they came out within a few days to make the needed adjustments. The corrections have worked well, and the whole gutter and roofing drainage setup is performing much better now, even through strong rain. I am still very impressed with the workmanship, the responsive service, and the way they stand behind their work. I would gladly use them again for more roofing and gutter work and have already recommended them to friends.

After comparing 5 roofing bids for a new roof, we chose this roofer and are very glad we did. erik was great to work with from start to finish. He came out quickly to inspect the roof and provide an estimate, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and stayed in touch during the whole project. He answered our questions fast by text and phone, which made everything easy and stress free. The roofing crew did an amazing job. They removed 2 layers of old shingles, replaced the roof decking where needed, and installed the new shingles with great care and skill. The work moved along quickly and was completed in 5 days, even in the hot Tulsa weather. i was impressed by how hard the crew worked, how clean they kept the job site, and how well they handled every part of the roof replacement. they paid attention to detail, protected our property, and made sure the finished roof looked excellent. We are very happy with the finished roof and the whole experience. this team was professional, dependable, and easy to communicate with. we would gladly recommend this roofing company to family and friends, and we really appreciate the quality work and service.
